BIRTHDAY WISHES: Thanks Everybody!

Thanks everybody for the birthday wishes! So far so good, but the weekend's started so now I really get some time to relax and have a little fun.

And thanks for keeping up with the site! The main site is officially a year old now, and still going strong. It's been a great outlet for me, an avenue for some self-expression both professionally and personally... I'm grateful you're finding it enjoyable to spend time here looking and reading.

Look for some planning to come to fruition soon. There were no lazy days of summer around here, and I'm excited to let you guys in on what we've been doing!

LAUNCHING THE NEXT PHASE: Making Room for New Projects

No doubt about it, there's a lot of excitement on the horizon around here. With both Project Art Show Space and Troy Wise Photography. And to prepare for some of our upcoming projects, I will be restructuring and rearranging some of the older content to make room for the new.

Lately I've discovered that I actually know a number of other Virgos. I wonder if we'd all get the same kick out of this week's message from Rob Brezsny?

THURSDAY UPDATE: Plans, Details, Pitches & Proposals

A lot of work on the back end this week, so it's been quiet in terms of updates lately. That's just the way it goes sometimes. If I feel what's going on won't be interesting to anybody else, I'm not going to spotlight it here.

But that's not to say that there's not a lot to get excited about in the near future! It just takes planning, communicating with people I'd like to work with, and making sure we're all sharing a common, collaborative vision. Things are still in the early stages, but so far so good.

In the meantime, I'll keep posting some photo remixes. Hope the week's been a good one so far, maybe see you around this weekend!

VINTAGE ROCK & NEW WAVE SHOOT: Update

Whew! I wasn't sure if I was going to make it through this week. Something Monday morning just told me that I would be dealing with some challenges within the next few days. Boy, did that happen!

But that's life, and we get past it. Then we have the weekends to go and blow off some steam! Which is exactly what I'm hoping to do over the next couple of days.

But first, Frank and I head over to Agosto & Matt's tonight to finalize some details for the Vintage Rock & New Wave Shoot. And then tomorrow we've got another photo shoot with Automatic Panic. These should be a lot of fun, because both will involve conjuring up some retro rock inspiration. I haven't shot a lot of that before.
