MUSIC FOR MONDAY: Kidda, Keri Hilson/Timbaland, Harlem, Panda Bear

Hey, we had a fun weekend. First there was DIY (see below). And then we got to hear a great deejay set while hanging out with friends (and a few DIY attendees) at Ruta May on the Riverwalk. Yesterday being "studio day" meant doing some fun work around the studio. So, basically we can't have any complaints heading into this week.

That being said, a few decent tracks help to get the week started right. We're listening to

DIY FACTORY 2008 FASHION SHOW: Fun and Funky Do's and Don't's

For 2008, the DIY Factory Fashion Show emphasized the quirky. Tara to the T, M.T for Matthew Therrien, Gypsy Twisted, and Agosto Cuellar were some of the local designers participating in the fashion show.

High points of the show included Paris Ann, the contributions from Aveda and Eden Spa, and being able to see Matthew Therrien on the runway. Agosto Cuellar also managed to combine color and prints in an often successful way.
